Application & Acceptance Fees
- Annual Book Fee (payable upon acceptance, new and re-applications):
- Grade R: N$ 1,400 (non-refundable).
- Grades 1–12: N$ 3,280 (non-refundable).
- The annual book fee covers classroom stationery (Grades R–7), textbooks and exercise books (Grades 1–12), study guides and learning materials, examination and assessment materials, school newsletters and communication material, and the matriculant booklet/prospectus.
Tuition fees by year group (published schedule and computed term amounts)
- Grade R:
- Monthly: N$ 2,380 (payable over 12 months).
- Annual total: N$ 27,132 (N$ 2,380 × 12).
- Per term (3 terms per year, calculated from annual total): N$ 9,044 per term.
- Grades 1–11:
- Monthly: N$ 4,410 (payable over 12 months).
- Annual total: N$ 50,274 (N$ 4,410 × 12).
- Per term (3 terms per year, calculated from annual total): N$ 16,758 per term.
- Grade 12:
- Monthly: N$ 5,300 (payable over 10 months to match the academic calendar).
- Annual total: N$ 53,000 (N$ 5,300 × 10).
- Per term (3 terms per year, calculated from annual total): N$ 17,666.67 per term.
Additional / Subject-specific fees (where applicable)
- Grade R: ActiKids / FunGym — N$ 120 per month (February–November).
- Grades 1–7: ICT fee — N$ 550 per year.
- Grades 8–12: Office Practice fee — N$ 850 per year.
- Grades 8–12: Design & Technology fee — N$ 410 per year.
- Design & Technology compulsory drawing set — once-off purchase N$ 1,250.
- Certain extra-curricular activities and specialised subjects may carry additional charges where noted. These additional fees contribute towards software licensing, project materials, equipment maintenance and classroom resources.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment frequency options available:
- Monthly in advance (Grades R–11: January–December; Grade 12: January–October).
- Termly (three instalments per year) by arrangement.
- Annual payment in full.
- Monthly payments for Grades R–11 are made over 12 months; Grade 12 is payable over 10 months to align with the academic year.
- Discounts and concessions:
- 5% discount for full annual payment made by 30 January.
- 2% discount for three equal termly payments (January, April, August).
- 10% sibling discount applies to the third child and each additional sibling concurrently enrolled.

- Accepted payment methods: debit order (form available), electronic funds transfer (EFT) with payments to be received before the 1st of each month, and a swipe (card) facility at the school. Cash and cheques are not accepted.

Boarding fees
- Boarding is not listed as an offered service and no boarding fees are published; therefore boarding fees are not applicable.
Other costs (uniforms, boutique, transport and activities)
- Clothing boutique on campus sells uniform items; items must be paid for before collection. Returns accepted within one week if unworn and unused.
- Uniform requirements (examples): school jersey/pullover for Grades 1–7, blazer for Grades 8–12, grey tunic/trousers (girls), grey long trousers/shorts and white shirt (boys), black leather shoes and specified ties and tracksuits. Sports kit (team shirt, tracksuit, golf shirt) is compulsory for learners; some sport items are required by house/team. Participation and transport for official school sports, cultural and academic activities are included in school fees where applicable.
Refunds, withdrawal and non‑payment policies
- Annual book fee: non-refundable if the learner does not take up the offered place. If the school withdraws the offered place, the book fee will be refunded in full.
- Withdrawal notice: one full calendar month's written notice is required to withdraw a learner; November may not be used as a notice month. Where adequate notice is not given, school fees remain payable in lieu of notice.
- Grade 12: all Grade 12 fees must be fully paid by 1 October of the school year.
- Non-payment consequences: learners with accounts 30 days overdue may be excluded from classes and activities; suspension of admission may follow if unpaid after a further 14 days; accounts 90+ days overdue may be referred to attorneys for collection and legal costs will be charged to the account holder. Re-admission will be refused where prior year fees remain unpaid at year-end.
Notes on inclusions in school fees
- Published school fees explicitly include registration and affiliation (NAPSO, NSSU, WSSR), participation and transport for school sports, culture and academic activities, Olympiad entries, curriculum subject materials (art, PE, Mind Moves), guidance centre support (counselling and career planning), all academic assessments and practical exam materials, and selected school events (prize-giving, matric farewell). Additional optional activities or specialised external exam costs may be charged separately.
