Admissions

Admissions

1. Complete the ISWB Digital Application Form. The form collects the student's personal details, the parents' contact details, and the course selection (KS1–KS3; IGCSE 1/2; AS/A Level). The Terms and Conditions are included and must be read and signed; the Terms govern the services and payment arrangements, including a debit order. Parental consent and contact details are collected as part of the registration.

2. Pay the registration fee and the first instalment to activate access. After payment, the student will be invited to join Google Classroom set up by the tutor, where all worksheets, videos, assignments and projects are posted. The student submits work via Google Classroom, and parents/guardians may be granted access for observation. The ISWB Digital course runs for ten months (36 weeks).

3. Provide the required information and join the digital classrooms. When registering for ISWB Digital, the student provides full names, cell phone number, and email. The tutor invites the student to join a Google Classroom for each enrolled subject and adds them to a WhatsApp group; if the student lacks a cell phone, the parent/guardian is added. You will be invited to join the classrooms after the registration fee and first instalment have been paid.

4. Cambridge platform and curriculum. ISWB Digital is a Cambridge Assessment International Education registered Cambridge Digital Platform, offering Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level subjects. The Cambridge Curriculum runs January to November and external examinations are set and marked by Cambridge. To take Cambridge exams, you must apply to an external exam center; you will receive guidance on the procedure.

5. Payment options and cancellation. There are four payment options: lump sum at registration; two instalments; three instalments; or a debit order over ten months, with final payment before the end of October. If payment is not received as agreed, you may be removed from the Classroom. If you cancel after registration, there is a one-month window during which you may cancel, but you will be liable to pay for the first four months; cancellation after four months may incur penalties.
