Term invoices are due on the following dates for AY 2025–2026: Registration fee due within 7 days of offer acceptance; Re-registration fee due 1 May 2025; Term 1 due 1 August 2025; Term 2 due 1 December 2025; Term 3 due 1 March 2026. A full-year invoice (if requested) is due 1 August 2025.
- Late or non-payment procedures include three consecutive warning notices, possible short suspension of the student (up to three days) and withholding of report cards, transfer certificates or re-enrolment until outstanding fees are settled. Schools will notify parents in writing if outstanding fees put re-enrolment at risk.
Other costs and optional fees
- Uniforms: Uniforms are not included in tuition and may be purchased online or in person at Magrudy (Al Wahda Mall). Uniform costs are additional.
- Food services: School meals are not included in the tuition fee; catering/food services incur separate charges.
- Transport: The school's transport provider is Emirates Transport; a typical annual fee for a return journey is AED 5,000 per student (subject to change). Transport is optional and charged separately.

Refund information
- Registration fee refund: The registration fee is refundable for new students if the parent provides written notification at least two weeks prior to the start of the academic year. The re-registration fee is refundable for returning students if written notification is provided on or before 30 June.
- Refunds if a student leaves after starting a term: if a student attends up to part of the first week and discontinues without sufficient written notice, the school may retain up to 5% of the annual tuition (equivalent to the registration/re-registration fee). If a student attends between one and three weeks, the school may retain the value of one month's tuition plus the registration/re-registration fee; attendance of more than three and up to six weeks may result in retention of two months' tuition plus the registration/re-registration fee; attendance over six weeks leads to retention of the full term fee and registration/re-registration fee.
