- For non-European (non‑UE) boarding students, an additional extra-services charge of between 1,500 EUR and 6,500 EUR is published (applied to certain full‑board packages) to cover mandatory and optional visa/residency/insurance and support services; published totals list ranges for final sums.
Discounts, early-bird and sibling reductions
- Single payment discount: 2.5% applied to the Tuition Fee when choosing a single (lump-sum) payment.
- Sibling discount: 10% on tuition for the second (younger) enrolled child and 15% for the third (youngest) enrolled child.
- Referral programme: 500 EUR discount on the Admission Fee for both the referring family and the referred family.
- Early-bird / registration deadlines: specified early-registration discounts are published for set dates (for example, a registration fee discount and early-bird reductions noted for deadlines around 31/01/2026 for the 2026–27 schedule).
What the published tuition covers and other payable items
- Included in tuition: daily lunch and breaks (school food service), textbooks and apps, the digital device provision and related setup/maintenance, an included uniform welcome kit for new students from Reception Rockets to MYP5, and insurance covering accidents and civil liability during school hours.
- Language support (fee-based): published language-support fee is 2,500 EUR for a full academic year in PYP and MYP 1–3; if required for a second year the fee is 2,000 EUR.
- Optional and service fees: services for non‑EU students (visa support, residency permit assistance, mandatory health insurance) are listed as mandatory for visa processing; optional paid services include legal assistance, private transfers (travel links) and boarding extensions during holiday weeks.
- Afterschool and supervised-play payments: certain afterschool services (for example, Supervised Play) are stated to be payable by bank transfer to the school.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Application fee: payable at the time of application. Admission fee: payable on first year of enrolment. Registration fee: payable annually at the start of each new school year. Deposit fee (when applicable): charged for new students as published.
- Single (lump‑sum) payment is available (2.5% tuition discount applies). Customised payment plans are offered on request; the school invites families to discuss tailored payment schedules. Example practice for other services: the school accepts three-installment payments for the school-bus service in published billing schedules for that service. (This demonstrates the school uses multi-instalment billing options for some services; families may arrange tuition payment plans through the school.)
- Pre-enrolment deposits: published pre‑enrol deposit amounts (e.g., 100 EUR for PYP and 200 EUR for MYP/DP) are deducted from the Registration Fee at actual registration; the pre‑enrol deposit is refundable if the school cannot offer a place or if the family withdraws within the published one‑week cancellation window for the pre‑enrolment.
Refund information
- Pre-enrolment deposit refund: the pre-enrolment deposit (100 EUR for PYP; 200 EUR for MYP/DP) is refundable if the school cannot allocate a place or if the family cancels the pre-enrolment within the published one‑week window.
- Published fee lines explicitly listing refunds for other fees (for example admission, annual tuition or registration) are not provided alongside the fee schedule; published materials identify refundable pre‑enrol deposits and other fee inclusions as noted above.
Fee payment options
- Bank transfer: bank transfer payment is used for school services (for example, supervised afterschool play is explicitly stated as payable by bank transfer).
- Single lump-sum payment: accepted (a 2.5% discount on tuition applies for single payment). Customised payment plans and instalments are available by arrangement with the school.
Notes on deadlines and special items
- Pre-enrolment and registration windows, early-bird deadlines and any related registration-fee discounts are published for specific academic years (for example, discounts tied to registration completed by 31/01/2026 for the 2026–27 schedule). Families should treat published deadlines as definitive for the applicable academic year.
If you need these fee figures imported into a database field-by-field (fee type, amount, year group, per-term example, currency), the above entries list the published amounts and per-term examples (the currency for all amounts shown is EUR).
