International Talent Academy is an IB World School offering the Diploma Programme (DP) and the Middle Years Programme (MYP), with Primary Years Programme (PYP) candidate status. The curriculum combines IB standards with the Standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation Standards. Instruction is in English and Chinese, and the program covers Art, Acting skills, Robotics, Computer Technology, Mathematics, Music, Piano, Choreography, Gymnastics, Taekwondo, Yoga, Football and Basketball. Age bands are Kindergarten from 3 years old; Grade 0 from 6; School from 7 to 15 years old, with recruitment up to grade 9 and training through grade 11. The Diploma Programme uses six subject groups with Higher Level and Standard Level, includes Theory of Knowledge, Extended Essay and CAS, and is designed to prepare students for university and higher education. The learning approach emphasizes project-based learning across subjects with real-life tasks and an integrated focus on IQ, EQ and VQ.

The Diploma Programme prepares students for university and higher education; DP graduates excel at university and often begin their studies with advanced standing.

1. Initial contact.
Parents or legal representatives reach out to the admissions team by phone or via the site to request information and provide contact details.

2. Consultation and school tour.
An admissions manager provides basic information about infrastructure, process, costs, and the educational program. If there is an available place in the desired class, a tour is scheduled; tours are by appointment only and late arrivals (over 15 minutes) cancel the tour and require rescheduling. After the tour, applicants complete a survey. Applications for preschool groups and school enrollments are accepted from September through August; in July there are only tours and testing sign-ups in August; the academic year runs from September to June, so early applications are encouraged.

3. Testing and interview.
Admission depends on age for the year and, for the program, the student undergoes testing in Russian, Mathematics, and English, with results announced within three working days. Students meeting the minimum thresholds are invited to an interview; the student interview is conducted by a psychologist and teachers, while the parents' interview is conducted by the deputy director or a designate. If admission is denied after the interview, no second interview is scheduled.

4. Admission decision.
The school informs the legal representatives of the admission decision and the admissions manager conveys the decision and next steps; the school reserves the right not to disclose detailed reasons for the decision.

5. Offer and contract.
Legal representatives receive the admission offer and may accept or decline it. If accepted, they review and sign the Educational Services Agreement and pay all charges listed in the contract within five working days.

6. Documentation.
After signing, legal representatives provide required documents within three working days: a birth certificate and the child's passport (if available), copies of the parents' passports, health certificate (Form 086), vaccination record (Form 063), three 3x4 photos, the admission application (Annex 1), and consent for psychological and medical support (Annex 2); if transferring from another school, a withdrawal slip is also required.

When a group or class is full, applications are placed on a waitlist and applicants are informed of their status. Vacancies are filled by contacting waitlisted applicants in chronological order; if a family declines, the next applicant is contacted. The administration reserves the right to offer a vacant place to families whose children already attend ITA.
