The Spanish School of Abu Dhabi provides the Spanish National Curriculum from Nursery through Grade 6, with Early Years (ages 3–5) and Primary (ages 6–11) stages, and is officially recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education and by ADEK and UAE's Ministry of Education. In Early Years, instruction is a trilingual program (Spanish, Arabic, and English) delivered through play-based learning, differentiated for individual needs, with active methods such as cooperative learning, gamification, and project work, and with a dedicated teacher assistant per group plus an Arabic-language assistant. In Primary, the school maintains the trilingual approach and a multicultural community (over 40 nationalities), with school days from 8:00 to 15:30 and after-school activities until 16:30; staff provide differentiated, competency-based learning through active methodologies. Primary staff are fully qualified and licensed to teach primary education in the UAE and within the Spanish/international systems; there are specialist assistants for Arabic, and additional support teachers in Mathematics, Spanish, and English, plus a strong emphasis on Technologies for Learning and a dedicated STEM area. Spanish is the language of instruction, with Arabic and English used as needed, and non-Spanish-speaking students may join an immersion track to develop language proficiency. The school currently offers Nursery (Early Years) through Grade 6 (Nursery to Grade 6).

1. Fill the online application for enrollment. Applications are accepted at all times during the school year and must be completed online through the school site. After processing, you receive a receipt and a letter indicating whether your child has been placed on the Enrollment List. If places are not available, the application is placed on the waiting list. 2. Invitation to assessment / tour. When a place becomes available, the school contacts the first eligible applicant and invites them to attend an assessment, if this has not yet been done. 3. Decision. The school decides to admit, reject, or place the applicant on a waiting list. 4. Enrollment fee payment. Enrollment is completed once all admission requirements are met and the enrollment fee payments have been arranged. The school provides a Spanish-language education and assessments can be conducted in Spanish, English, or both languages if needed. From Grade 2 onwards, Spanish speakers have preference for enrolling. Staff children receive one scholarship covering full tuition fee. The board also supports most students with substantial subsidies for the 2025–2026 academic year.
