Admissions Process Overview:
1. The Admissions Process starts with completing the Bloom World Academy online application form. The Admissions team sends an email with the next steps and required documents.
2. An Application Fee of AED 525 is payable at initial registration, with payments made via the online form, bank transfer, or in person through the Accounts Department.
3. Initial registration documents include a passport copy of the student and parents/guardians, the ‘Getting to Know Your Child' survey, and grade-specific documents (Pre-KG to KG2; Grades 1–5; Grades 6–9). Progress reports for the last two years (nursery reports for Pre-KG–KG2) and any standardised assessments (if available) are required.
4. Upon offer and acceptance, a Registration Fee of AED 4,000 must be paid within seven days to confirm the seat; this deposit is offset against the annual tuition.
5. Before the first day of attendance, the student attends an orientation session to meet teachers and begin the customisation of the Learner Achievement Passport (LAP).
