Overseas applicants applying for Grade 2 and above require the latest or end-of-year report, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Qatar Embassy in the school's country. 04 Assessment and interview. The admissions team will provide information on the assessment date and time, which is held online for overseas applicants. A one-off, non-refundable application fee of 300 QAR must accompany each application from Primary to High School. 05 Offer. Successful applicants receive an offer letter within 48 hours of attending the assessment and providing all the required documents. 06 Acceptance. Once you receive an offer, you have one week to complete registration and pay the registration fee of 5,000 QAR, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. 07 Welcome to The Hamilton International School. After acceptance, you will be invited to visit the school before the term begins to meet the staff and learn about day-to-day operations; you will then start on your first day.
