1) Completion of the enrollment waiver with all signatures. The waiver is the Enrollment Form and Fees Agreement and must be signed to begin enrollment. 2) Payment of all required fees and completion of the student's file. All required fees must be paid; the policy is non-refundable and, once paid, the slot is secured and books and materials are ordered. The waiting list is treated with fairness to ensure those not yet enrolled have equal consideration. 3) Slot secured and waitlist fairness. A slot is secured after payment and the school orders books and materials; the waiting list exists to preserve fairness for applicants not yet enrolled. 4) Payment options, payments, refunds, and withdrawals. Payment options include Monthly (20% interest), Quarterly (15%), and Semestral (10%); the school accepts cash, cards, checks, and over-the-counter payments via major banks; twelve post-dated checks may be required for some payments. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable; withdrawals require official notification and completion of an Intent to Withdraw form; late payments incur a 500 PHP daily penalty. 5) Miscellaneous enrollment terms. The enrollment documentation references Tuition Fee, Down payment, and a Payment Scheme as part of the assessment process.
