Fees
Application / Registration Fees
- A registration (inscription) and/or matriculation fee is required for enrollment; the school states that the amount is fixed in euros and is determined for each academic year.

Tuition (propinas) — amounts by year group
- The school requires payment of attendance tuition (propinas) and exam fees; the level (amount) of tuition is fixed in euros and is set for each academic year. The school publishes the applicable fee schedule at the start of each year. No published schedule of per-year or per-term tuition amounts was available in the documents reviewed.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing cadence: Tuition is collected on a monthly basis during the school year. Payments are normally due without penalty between the 1st and the 10th of each month.
- Currency and conversion: Tuition is fixed in euros and may be converted to US dollars or Mozambican meticais using the BCI sale exchange rate (the rate published on the antepenultimate business day of the previous month), which is used as the reference for the following month.
- Late-payment penalties: A surcharge is applied for late payment of tuition: 5% for the first 30 days late; 7% for 31–60 days; 9% for 61–90 days; and 10% for amounts overdue by more than 90 days. Continued non-payment may lead to temporary ineligibility to attend school activities until the debt is regularized.

Payment methods and instructions
- Accepted methods: bank deposit, bank transfer, payment services (codes of Entidade/Referência/Valor — ERV), or payment at the school's treasury terminal. When paying by bank transfer or deposit, the payee must include the student name and student process number on the receipt and send the proof of payment to epm-tesouraria@epmcelp.edu.mz or deliver it to the school secretary. A receipt is issued after payment confirmation or ERV validation. All bank charges for returned transfers/cheques are the responsibility of the guardian.

Boarding fees
- The school's regulations and enrollment agreement make no provision for an internal boarding (internato) service or boarding fees; the school operates as a day school in the available documentation and no boarding fee schedule is listed.

Other costs and typical ancillary fees
- Mandatory uniform: Use of the school uniform is required. Families should expect a uniform cost (amount set separately).
- Exam, diploma and certificate emoluments: Fees are charged for issuance of diplomas, certificates and other official documents; the amounts are approved annually by the school's management.
- Optional/extra-curricular activities: Some optional activities and services are charged by monthly fee; the values for these activities are published at the start of each school year.
- Pre-school late-collection fees: If a pre-school child is collected after normal hours, additional charges apply: €7 for the first hour (15:30–16:30), €11 for the second hour (16:30–17:30) and €20 from 17:30 until closing (18:00).
- School insurance (Seguro Escolar): A school accident insurance is in force (IMPAR Seguradora Internacional de Moçambique, S.A. is named); the insurance covers accidents during school hours and breaks, with a stated medical-expense coverage limit of 100,000 MZN per year. Insurance is treated as a charge included among the school's fees/emoluments.

Fee reductions, exemptions and socio-economic support
- The school operates an assistance and exemption system based on household per-capita income, organized in socio-economic scales (A–E). Eligible families may receive tuition exemptions or reductions: Escalão A—100% exemption; B—85%; C—70%; D—50%; E—25%. The same system can grant material support (textbook loan/purchase assistance) and food-supplement benefits to qualifying students.

Refunds and cancellation policy
- Non‑refunds: Registration, matriculation, renewal, tuition for attendance, and fees for extra-curricular activities are non-refundable in the event of student transfer or withdrawal; the school's agreement and regulation state that once charged these amounts are not returned. The school also states that tuition remains due in full even if the student ceases to attend or is absent for extended periods; amounts already paid are not reimbursed.

Summary of available fee details for 2026/27 (and 2025/26 where applicable)
- The school's official regulations and enrollment agreement describe the billing cadence, accepted payment methods, currency and conversion policy, late-payment penalties, mandatory uniform rule, insurance coverage, non-refund rules, and the socio-economic exemption scheme. However, a published table with the concrete tuition amounts by year group (per term or per year) for the 2026/27 academic year (or 2025/26) was not found in the reviewed public documents. As a result, specific numeric tuition figures per year group or per term cannot be provided here.
