Introduction

Benga Riverside International School is an English-medium, co-educational institution located on the banks of the Zambezi in Benga, Tete, Mozambique. Benga Riverside International School was founded in 2017 and opened in January 2018 as a primary school offering the International Baccalaureate Primary Programme. It is an English-medium school located on the banks of the Zambezi in Tete, Mozambique. The school provides an internationally accredited curriculum, with high quality facilities, innovative and enriching co-curricular programmes and a dedicated staff to prepare independent, inquiring and self-motivated future citizens of the world. In 2019 BIS began offering the Middle Years Cambridge IGCSE programme. The Head of School is Venancia Manyakara.
