Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment frequency options: 10 monthly payments (Opción A), single annual payment (Opción B, 6% discount), or two payments (Opción C, 3% discount each installment). Monthly option covers September through June for preescolar to primaria. Payments are issued via the school payment portal Hub+Pay.

- Due dates and timing: Monthly payments are due within the first ten calendar days of each month (vencimiento: day 10). For single or two-exhibition payments, parents must select the option and pay before the stated deadlines to receive the discounts. A full refund of the inscripción or reinscripción is permitted only when the family provides written notice at least two months prior to the start of the next annual cycle (for one-year cycles) and the notice of withdrawal is delivered and stamped/signed by the school administration.

- Tuition (colegiaturas) refunds: No partial or total refund for monthly colegiaturas once paid. For annual payments (single or two-installment options), if a family requests withdrawal during the school year, the unused portion of the annual payment will be refunded proportionally from the month following the month in which the official withdrawal is requested and processed.
