1. Introduction. Parents complete a questionnaire about the potential student and are invited to an interview with both school leaders together with the student. During this meeting, the student meets the school co-principles and the family is introduced to the school, with a tour of the premises offered. If the interview is successful, the leaders invite the student to spend one day at the school as a guest. Students applying to secondary school (grades 7–12) are encouraged to bring their most recent school report to the first interview.
2. Trial Day. The student visits the school for a full day, participating in classes, breaks, and community activities. This allows the student to meet future classmates and teachers and to experience a bilingual environment. The teachers and leaders assess the student's strengths and any additional support needs. It is also a chance for the student to ask questions and decide if they would enjoy studying here.
3. Enrolment offer. At the end of the trial day, parents and school leaders discuss next steps. If both sides agree, an official offer to join the school is issued along with the enrollment contract. The offer is valid for 10 working days, during which the signed contract must be returned. A €350 registration fee is paid, and the student is officially enrolled.
4. Preparation for School. Once admitted, the school administrator provides parents with information about the uniform, stationery, and textbooks. They also share other preparation details. This ensures the student feels confident and ready for their first day.
