1. The school has authorization for three International Baccalaureate programmes and is accredited by the Council of International Schools. This underpins the scope of curricula offered and the pathways through which graduates can enter universities abroad. 2. The admission process begins with meeting the admission officer and a familiarization tour of the school. This provides families with an opportunity to understand the school environment and ask initial questions. 3. Prospective families write and submit an application form as the next step in the process. 4. An entrance test is scheduled; the cost of the test is 12,000 Tenge and the fee is paid to the Accounts Department. 5. The applicant takes the entrance test as part of the admission assessment. 6. Test results are communicated within 3 working days of the test. 7. An enrollment agreement is prepared and the enrollment order is registered after submitting the required documents. 8. Admission is based on available space in the corresponding year/group, entrance test results, an interview with a student, and (for Pre-School, Kindergarten and Grade 1) an assessment by a psychologist. 9. Enrollment documents required include: an application signed by a parent, birth certificate, copies of passports for non-residents, copies of both parents' IDs, photos, a medical certificate, and a payment receipt showing the student's name and the first tranche of tuition/entrance fee. 10. Fees are published for the academic year; the entrance fee is 400,000 Tenge, and tuition varies by grade and by language stream (Kazakh/Russian/English taught streams); foreign citizens have corresponding US dollar tariff options for certain streams. 11. For school applicants, a school leaving certificate from the previous school and transcripts are required; additional documents may include a certificate of middle school for entrants to Grade 10–11. 12. The tariffs outline annual tuition by grade and language stream, with specific amounts listed for Kindergarten through IB Diploma Programme levels, plus the entrance fee for all applicants. 13. All payments and fee schedules are subject to the published terms for the academic year and relevant contractual arrangements with the school.
The school offers educational grants covering 100%, 50%, or 30% of tuition through a traditional competitive process. The competition aims to support talented students with high academic achievement. Eligible participants are students who have completed 9th or 10th grade with good or excellent marks and who are citizens of Kazakhstan; in case of equal results, winners and prize-winners of national and international Olympiads are preferred. Entrance examinations for entry to 10th grade are English (as a second language), mathematics (in Russian), and Russian language (essay). For admission to the IB Diploma Programme (English language instruction) the exams are English language, mathematics (in English), and Russian language.
