PRE ADMISSION: LGI welcomes families from all over the world to its international school in Rome. ADMISSION PROCESS: The school accepts applications throughout the school year; early enrollment in December/February is recommended for September entry; applications submitted during the academic year will be reviewed on an individual basis. For information or to arrange a visit, contact the Front Office: Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. (October–May). HOW TO DO IT: After filling out the pre-application form, the internal committee evaluates the application and informs you about acceptance and subsequent procedures. When acceptance is confirmed, the official Enrollment Form can be filled out. To complete registration, attach the required documents, including medical certificates. Enrollment Form is downloadable.
PRICE LIST AND DISCOUNTS: The list prices are, on average, 40% lower than schools with standard quality (facilities such as fablab, bio-architecture, languages) and about 15% higher than ordinary private non-international schools; in some cases, prices may be lower. To obtain the complete price list, visit the Frascati facility and inquire about personalized discounts (from 5% to 20% for police, researchers and armed forces) in addition to merit-based scholarships. Discounts for corporate partners range from 5% to 15% based on the number of enrollments; there is a 20% discount for healthcare workers, researchers and police/armed forces. MERIT-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS: 2,500€ to 5,000€ per year; applications must be submitted by October 31 of the year preceding the start and must be filed via the online form (access requested by calling 0697245148). INCOME-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS: The school does not award scholarships for income reasons; scholarships are merit-based. ANNUAL ALLOCATION: The number and amount of scholarships are determined yearly based on student results and financial availability and are announced by June 30; rankings are posted at the school and on littlegenius.cloud. EXAMINATIONS AND ACCREDITATION: Cambridge, INVALSI (the only international school in Italy to perform such assessments), and MIUR; the school is certified as a Benefit Corporation in Italy and the USA and serves as a training center for education faculties. PAYMENT AND FINANCING: payments may be split into two to five installments, due by the 15th of each month; September to April offers eight installments with a 5% surcharge; discounts are not cumulative. ADDITIONAL SUPPORT: online Crediper loan is available for education costs (€1,500–€30,000; up to 84 months).
