Billing Schedule and Payment Terms

- Late payment: Term/tuition fees not paid by the due date attract a late fee of INR 1,000 per week (or part thereof) per student.
- Offer acceptance deadlines: Upon acceptance of an offer, students residing in India must pay the invoice within 3 working days; students residing overseas must pay within 10 working days. Cash payments are not accepted.

- Bus service: Optional, charged per term per route (fixed per term regardless of single/return use). Bus service is available from Year 2 (age 6+) upwards; charges vary by route.

Curriculum

The Primary School follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) programme, then the National Curriculum of England. The Primary curriculum is broad and balanced, with a strong emphasis on English, Maths, Humanities, PSHE and the introduction of Hindi in Year 1 to Year 6. Admissions

Applications from internationally mobile families are considered throughout the year for all year groups. Registration is online only and requires a non-refundable INR 30,000 registration fee. After payment, the application will be placed on the waiting list and will be valid for one academic year from the date of registration. Applicants must have reached the relevant age for the year group by 1 September, and the school reserves the right to place an applicant in the year it deems appropriate. The admissions process is four steps: Step 1 Registration (online) with uploads of the child's passport and visa, copies of the parents' passports if diplomats, and a passport photo; Step 2 Submission of documents (health form, copies of the last 2–3 years' English reports, and a confidential recommendation form for Years 1–12); Step 3 One-on-one interaction or age-appropriate assessment (English, Maths and non-verbal skills; no prior content-based preparation); Step 4 Offer of admission with terms: acceptance within three working days; Indian residents to pay within three working days of the invoice and overseas residents within ten working days; the school reserves the right to offer the place to the next candidate if not accepted or paid in time.
