Families begin by completing an online application form through the YCIS admissions portal. Required documents such as birth certificate, passport, school reports, and recent photographs are uploaded at this stage.

2. Application Review
The admissions team reviews all submitted materials to ensure completeness and eligibility. Only fully completed applications are processed for the next step.

3. Assessment and Interview
Depending on the child’s year group, YCIS arranges age-appropriate assessments and/or interviews. These may include written English and mathematics evaluations, group interaction tasks, or one-to-one meetings. 4. Placement Consideration
