SF for Transportation provides bus service across Cairo and New Cairo, including Maadi, Zahraa El Maadi, Heliopolis, Nasr City, First Settlement, Fifth Settlement, Rehab, Kattameya, Madinaty, and Shouk. Buses are supervised, air-conditioned and GPS-enabled. Bus fees can be financed with 60% by August 15 (International Division) or September 1 (Language Division), and 40% by November 15; routes are subject to change based on demand.

Admissions at St. Fatima Nasr City operate across divisions. In the American division, admission is opened yearly for Foundation Stage One, Year 10, and a limited number of transfers; the New Admission is usually announced in December. The five-step process is: 1. Application Submission, 2) Meeting Admin Team, 3) Assessment & Interview Conduction, 4) Application Status Communication, 5) Documents & Down payment Submission. Applications are submitted online via the Apply Now link; the Admission Team schedules appointments, advises on missing documents, and conducts a family interview for eligible applicants; applicants are informed of acceptance or apology; no fees or original documents are required at this stage; selected applicants finalize by visiting the Admission Office to submit required documents and pay the down payment. Fees can be paid in installments (50% before the start of the academic year in June and August; 50% remaining in November, January and April). Documents for upload include a recent photo, birth certificate with watermark, parents' photos/IDs/degrees, and the applicant's previous year report; documents required from selected applicants include birth certificate, 8 photos, copies of parents' IDs, and relevant transfer/registration documents. For the National division, admissions open for Kindergartens Stage One and a limited number of transfers; new admission opening dates are announced via Facebook; the process follows the same five steps, with required documents including birth certificate, 8 photos, parents' IDs/degrees, and a KG2 registration letter for selected KG1 applicants. The school offers French as a second language in the National division and uses a learning management system (LMS) to provide access to school academics.
