Optional school transport is contracted to TRANSDANANT. It is door-to-door and follows assigned routes with satellite tracking and a safety assistant. The transport contract is annual with monthly payments ranging from $82 to $112 depending on location; changes to routes are not allowed except under defined circumstances.

The International Baccalaureate (IB) programs offered are the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP). The programs were designed to help students from diverse cultural, educational, and linguistic backgrounds develop social and intellectual perspectives to enter any university worldwide. They seek to unleash individual talents by linking classroom experiences to real-world contexts, combining intellectual rigor with civic ideals and international understanding. The IB learner profile includes ten attributes: Principled, Open-minded, Inquirers, Knowledgeable, Thinkers, Reflective, Caring, Balanced, Communicators, and Risk-takers, developed through the PYP (ages 3–12), the MYP (ages 11–16), and the DP (ages 16–19). From the Primary Years Programme onward, students develop knowledge, skills, and critical and creative thinking to become engaged, globally minded citizens; the PYP emphasizes transdisciplinary inquiry, the MYP fosters independent and collaborative learning and interdisciplinary connections, and the Diploma Programme offers a rigorous two-year path preparing students for university and life, including Theory of Knowledge and Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS). The school also maintains university partnerships to support higher education progression, with alliances with Excelia University, Southern Utah University, Nebrija University, Universidad Europea del Atlántico, and Anahuac.

1. The school is a 100% International Baccalaureate (IB) institution offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP). It is a trilingual institution (English, French, and Italian) with a music and arts program, a range of extracurricular activities, university counseling, national and international university partnerships, and a 4-hectare campus in Quito. 2. Prospective families leave their contact information through the admissions form. The form asks for the representative's full name, the applicant's full name, the grade sought, a contact email, phone number, housing zone, and the previous school. The form includes consent for processing personal data and cookies to enable the school to contact families about the admissions process. 3. For Pre-school, Primary, and Secondary, attach a family photo and copies of the student's and parents' identification documents or birth certificates. 4. For Secondary applicants who are international students, academic reports must be apostilled by the Embassy or Consulate of Ecuador in the country of origin and then legalized at the Quito District Directorate. 5. After submission, the Admissions Department schedules an evaluation to assess the applicant's strengths and knowledge. Preschool includes a psychopedagogical assessment and a parent interview; Primary includes mathematics, English, language, and psychopedagogical assessment plus a parent interview; Secondary includes psychopedagogical assessment, skills assessment, English, plus a parent interview. 6. The Admissions Board analyzes the evaluation results and, within a week, schedules a meeting with the parents to discuss the applicant's performance in each area.
