Admissions

1. Registre aspirant data: An advisor contacts families to validate information after data is entered in the Admissions System. After completing registration, the family receives credentials to access the Academic System and downloads forms: CAHS Admission Application and Equifax Authorization. The family then re-enters the Admissions System to complete the applicant's registration. 2. Send the required documentation: Documentation is sent digitally to [email protected] along with the Admission Forms. The documents include: 1 color copy of the applicant's birth certificate; original birth certificate; 1 passport photo; 1 family photo; if the applicant has German nationality, attach a copy of the German passport; 1 copy of the diploma or degree certificate (if parents are alumni of the School); color copies of the parents' and student's IDs; work certificate showing duration, position, and salary of each guardian (or for self-employed, RUC and last tax declaration); last six bank statements; last six credit card statements; CAHS Admission Form; Equifax Authorization. 3. Interview / Observation: Starting in October, dates for interviews with parents/guardians are scheduled. In November, a Kindergarten Games / Pedagogical Observation afternoon is held, and the applicant must be accompanied by a guardian. 4. Admission decision: After review, the Admissions Commission notifies families of the results, subject to seat availability by level. 5. Additional documents for admitted students: If admission is approved, additional documents may be requested for enrolled students; for students coming from another country, grade reports must be apostilled and translated into Spanish.

Scholarships

The school offers an emergency economic scholarship program to provide temporary financial assistance to families facing serious difficulties. The aid is a partial subsidy to tuition and is allocated on a quarterly basis in addition to discounts available to all families. An Interdisciplinary Commission reviews applications and assesses each family's circumstances before approving aid. Eligibility requires enrollment for the current academic year, staying up to date with payments, and submitting the requested information by March 30, 2026; responses to applicants are provided by April 29, 2026. To apply, send the scholarship form and supporting documents by email to [email protected], including: certificate of employment or cessation of employment; certificate of salary reduction or reduced hours; labor history; 2026 SRI declarations (I Quarter); last three months' bank statements; migration record; vehicle registrations; and any other documents as applicable.
