German is taught through immersion across many subjects, with five weekly German classes as a foreign language in secondary. From 8th grade, two additional subjects (Biology and History) are taught in German to support IB requirements, and students prepare for the Deutsches Sprachdiplom I with an international benchmarking process conducted in 8th grade. Language competencies follow CEFR progression: A1-A2 in early years, A2-B1 in middle years, and B2-C1 in Bachillerato, with the Sprachdiplom acting as an international language credential. English begins in fifth grade with immersion, and the program aims for high levels (B2, C1, or C2), supported by Cambridge Assessment and TOEFL preparation. The Bachillerato Internacional (IB Diploma) is offered, including Mini-CAS and CAS components, a bilingual IB library, internships in Germany, and university visits; IB-related activities include the Noche IB, Intercambiales, and a group 4 project week. The school promotes multilingualism and international study alongside its German and IB curricula.
Higher education is supported through university fairs and visits as part of the vocational guidance program, with opportunities to explore universities in Germany (including Studienkollegs) and to engage with university systems abroad. The school also offers internships and university visits as part of its guidance for higher education, with international exposure through its IB and language programs.
