Billing schedule & payment terms

- Option 2: 9-month payment plan (terms and conditions apply).
- Option 3: Full term fees, payable before the first day of term.

Withdrawal, refunds and outstanding fees

- Application and admission fees are non-refundable.
- One full school term's written notice of withdrawal must be submitted to the Head of School or Finance Department. School fees for the full notice period are payable in full regardless of attendance during the notice period.
- School fees are payable in advance and the school reserves the right to restrict access to school services, report cards and transfer documents if fees are outstanding.

Facilities Overview

Block 7 Campus is Hibiscus' flagship campus in Gaborone. It hosts Cambridge Primary from Reception to Stage 6, Lower Secondary Form 1-2, and Upper Secondary through IGCSE Form 3-4. Primary and secondary share the campus, so Stage 6 learners move up without changing school. The campus features a Robotics & E-Gaming lab and a Hibiscus Tech-Zone, alongside a computer lab with 3D printers and laser cutters. On site there are science laboratories, a media room, a library, and a sick bay with a health officer.

Sports Facilities

Gymnasium and multipurpose grass pitch are on site. Netball and basketball courts are available, along with a multi-functional sports field. The campus provides outdoor spaces to support physical education and team sports.

Two science laboratories service Biology, Physics and Chemistry practicals. There is a Robotics & E-Gaming lab and the Hibiscus Tech-Zone, a fully equipped STEM facility.
