The British College of Andorra is an international school serving ages 3 to 17, delivering a blend of EYFS, British curriculum, and IB Diploma Programme. The school teaches in English with specialist teaching in Spanish, Catalan and French, and provides EAL support for multilingual learners. As an IB World School, it follows IB approaches to learning and offers the Diploma Programme core elements of Theory of Knowledge, the Extended Essay, and Creativity, Activity and Service, taught by staff trained in IB methodologies. The campus sits on a wooded hillside above Andorra la Vella, with a Sports Hall and slate-faced buildings near UNESCO World Heritage landscapes. The school emphasizes international-mindedness and a UK-aligned education from nursery through Year 13; in 2025 it joined the Forfar Education group. Extra-curricular life includes a UNICEF Escola Amiga initiative, Eco-Schools involvement, and an after-school program with activities such as sport, community service, and leadership opportunities.

BCA offers a daily transport service to and from the school which is organised around the needs of families requesting the service. Modern buses are used and comply with safety rules concerning the transportation of children, and the route is supervised by a BCA-employed monitor to guarantee the students are well looked after.

The British College of Andorra is an IB World School offering the IB Diploma Programme for students aged 16 to 19. The Diploma Programme consists of six subject groups: Studies in Language and Literature; Language Acquisition; Individuals & Societies; Sciences; Mathematics; and The Arts, with The Arts substitutable by a second subject from other groups. The Diploma Programme Core includes TOK (Theory of Knowledge), the Extended Essay, and CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service). All teaching follows IB approaches to learning and staff receive official IB training and ongoing professional development. The language of instruction is English, with specialist teaching in Spanish, Catalan and French.
Careers Education and Higher Education preparation is provided. In Years 10 and 11, tutor time, PSHE and assemblies help students explore careers using Unifrog. In Years 12 and 13, university applications are supported with guidance for UK, US and Spanish universities and many others worldwide. Each student has a personal tutor and Unifrog access to research careers and university courses.
The school has a pastoral care system that prioritises student wellbeing and supports social, emotional, and academic progress; every student has a teacher dedicated to overseeing these areas.
The school is predominantly EAL, with English as its main means of communication and education. EAL provisions include Quality First Teaching and tailored support from an EAL specialist when needed.
